Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket
The Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket’s mission is to inspire and enable the young people of Pawtucket and surrounding communities, especially those with greatest need, to realize their full potential as healthy, productive, responsible, and caring citizens. We are incredibly grateful to have benefited so significantly from Champlin Foundation funding over the years – grants which have enabled us to strive for our mission with the best possible resources for our members.
Recently, the Champlin Foundation stepped into a leading role as a key supporter of our Building Better Futures Campaign, a project to expand and renovate our existing Clubhouse, adding a state-of-the-art teen center and gym, as well as a visual and performing arts wing. The Champlin Foundation not only provided leadership gifts to this project, but also drove community support to the campaign through matching grants. Upon completion, this project realized a 25% increase in our Average Daily Attendance during the first year we were open!
We cannot thank the Champlin Foundation enough for everything they have done to help us serve the youth in our community, helping them to open the door to better futures!
